Energy Efficiency Model in Public Buildings
Ministry of Environment and Urbanization
About the Project
The Energy Efficiency Model in Public Buildings is a cutaway building model prepared for the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization within the scope of GIZ.
By cutting through the building from roof to ground, the model reveals the systems that provide energy efficiency: solar collectors and panels on the roof, layered insulation on the walls and roof, underfloor heating coils, and utility lines extending underground.
Completed with a wind turbine and landscaping, the model transforms a technical topic into a detailed narrative that can be read at a glance.
